Collaboration

If you are on a Lab or Departmental licence you can add collaborators to your projects. Collaboration also works across institutions; simply add a collaborator’s institutional email address.

Roles and permissions

Role	Capabilities
Owner	Full access including results data and collaboration settings
Editor	Upload trial files and stimuli, change setup; cannot view results
Viewer	Download the trial file and individual stimuli; cannot make changes

Note

Only the project owner can view results data, regardless of which role is assigned to a collaborator.

Transferring ownership

You can transfer ownership of a project to a collaborator. After the transfer:

• The new owner gains full control and access
• You become a collaborator with edit rights
• You can no longer manage the collaboration settings

Tracking changes

Use the trial file version history to see changes made by each collaborator.
