As a Data Controller you are also the owner for any results data you collect using experiments and surveys built in Testable. Only project owners have direct access to results data. Collaborators, regardless of access level, cannot access results data of shared projects. We also never access any of the results data your produce, unless you give us your explicit permission and if this is necessary for the purpose of technical support. Likewise, sharing projects with our support team using the using the “share with support” feature, does not allow our team to view your results.
You can export your data in various formats (individual, wide summary, long summary) as .csv files. It is your duty to handle the data responsibly once it leaves our platform.
If you are using Testable Minds or Sona to recruit participants and automatically save participant IDs in the results data, make sure to use the “download anonymised results” to fully encrypt the IDs.
